Staged Surgical Treatment of Patients with Destructive Pulmonary Tuberculosis with pre-XDR Using Anterior Mediastinal Plasty

چکیده

The presented observation describes an example of effective treatment the patient with disseminated destructive pulmonary tuberculosis preXDR. included staged surgery using original method anterior mediastinum plasty a mesh implant. resulted in following outcomes: stabilization tuberculous disease, persistent sputum conversion, minimization overdistension only lung, absence mediastinal hernia and no deterioration respiratory function.
